I’d never used a recruitment company before, so I was a little nervous, but I quickly realised that RPCushing is an extremely professional and reliable company. I was immediately allowed to feel that my interests were consciously at the heart of any suggestions and questions and information, guidance and advice given was incredibly concise, honest, well-informed and charmingly dispensed.

The help I received from RP Cushing was multi-faceted.
I was guided right through every process, and conscientiously and skillfully engaged by Katariina for the entire two and a half weeks it took to find me a job! It’s cliche to say, but having been made redundant recently, I really wish I had found Katariina and RPCushing weeks before I did.
And when I say ‘find me a job’, I mean that having discussed a number of options and routes to take initially, a job Katariina proposed, and which was someway off my radar initially, really caught my imagination and low and behold ,I am coming to the end of my first month. At this early stage, I am extremely happy in my new role and entirely optimistic and hopeful that it might develop into a permanent and integral one in my new company.
As it is initially on a contract basis and factoring in economic conditions and everything else these days, I have far less qualms about job security than I possibly ought to as impending unemployment would necessitate dealing with RPCushing again - In those circumstances I wouldn’t give a second thought as to who I would need to speak to.
