Meteorite Buys Stake in Brand Intelligence Agency

In the UK, digital agency Meteorite had acquired a majority stake in brand intelligence and strategy consultancy Your Future. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Your Future combines trend forecasting with consumer intelligence and brand insights, to help clients with brand building strategy.

The firm’s ‘wide angled lens research’ services include qual consumer groups, collaborative consumer workshops, segmentation studies, shopper insight programmes and web research.

The consultancy will now be based in Meteorite's offices in central London, and while the two firms will continue to operate as standalone businesses, they will also collaborate on business strategy, brand innovation, customer acquisition and retention projects.

This partnership will be called The Growth Group, with Your Future Chairman John Wringe leading the operation’s development.

Wringe commented: ‘We're excited to be creating a timely new model and offering in The Growth Group, which we know fits exactly with an emerging client need.’
