Aspire Global Network opens in Singapore

8 Jul 11 - 12:00AM
Aspire Global Network have responded to client demands and opened an office in Singapore to serve the booming Asian media and advertising market.

“We are primarily focussed in the creative, media, market research and digital sectors and we have witnessed an increased demand for our specialist services overseas. Opening any new office is a challenge and Asia presents many opportunities and complexities in delivering quality staffing solutions. This gives us a physical presence on our third continent which is all part of our vision to be a global network of leading specialist recruitment companies” said Paul Farrer, Chairman of Aspire Global Network.

The Singapore operation is being established by Emma Osborne, who has relocated from the London office after working for the network’s pfj brand for 6.5 years to be MD of Aspire Global Network – Singapore. “It is a real challenge to open an office in a new location and it was essential to us that we had someone we knew well leading our brand there. It is a very exciting time at Aspire Global Network with all the brands performing well in the UK & Australia so we are very confident of success in Asia” said Farrer.

Aspire Global Network which comprises leading specialist recruitment  brands such as pfj, RPCushing, Periscope, The Graduate Recruitment Company and Sydney based ICUR  recently posted results for the year ending April 30th 2011 with a 48% increase in turnover to £11.8m, 66% increase in net fee income (gross profit) to £8.46m, delivering a net profit of £1.4m with an average net fee income per fee earner of £149.6k.
