They have a portfolio of national and global clients. This Online Scripting position sits within a small team were you will ensure that Online Scripting and surveys are completed effectively. This will be a technical position that will offer the right candidate the opportunity to develop their skills and share their ideas on processes within a close knit team.
Duties will include:
- To lead with online survey development and other online data collections functions within the UK Online Scripting department
- Build strong links with the business units, Operations and Corporate departments.
- Encourage the team to resolve issues through collaborative problem solving and trouble shooting
- Drive efficiencies by innovation and a desire to improve online offering and processes
- To be an effective member of the business unit and Division, and provide a significant resource for the programming and management of online surveys in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and Co-ordinate the scheduling of the individual staff members time, ensuring optimum resource allocation is achieved and that the needs of both the research and related departments, such as online data collection are covered
- Contribute as an 'expert' on the online data collection application software as an individual contributor.
Experience required:
* Experience of hands-on involvement in the management of Online Data Collection
* Confirmit or Dimensions Experience
* People management experience.
* Able to concentrate and focus on high levels of technical detail with the ability to work under Pressure
* Effective project management skills, both in understanding, documentation and leadership.
