The team from the London focuses on the EMEA region and offer analysis for Multi National Corporations looking to conduct business in the region, specifically the problems they may face and how to alleviate them. They produce insightful and applicable case studies which illuminate challenges and present solutions. The ideal candidate will have a great academic background, together with demonstrable experience in a relevant position. Whilst an interest in macro-political and economic insight is important, the emphasis is on business analysis and operational challenges. You will be required to support the day-to-day decision-making of their clients' executives and facilitate improvement in their key processes such as strategic planning, budgeting, and commercial execution. You will help to deliver insight into these operational and tactical issues through best practice case studies, benchmarking, diagnostics, and other tools. Recent topics my client have addressed include improving sales force effectiveness, optimizing organizational structure for profitable growth, recruiting and retaining top talent in emerging markets, managing relationships with third-party distributors, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic planning processes.
