RPCushing are working in partnership with this leading Energy consultancy, looking to recruit an Operations Manager/Lead Analyst into their East Anglian office.
My client is a high profile consultancy that provides information and advice on energy policy and regulation to many leading energy companies focusing on electricity, gas and renewables. They run continuous, syndicated research and analysis programmes, constantly updating information that their customers can subscribe to. They are looking to expand and need an Operations Manager to help them run the existing team of analysts and to work with the board to define and implement the strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the energy sector, having analysed and researched into oil, gas, electricity and/or renewable in the past but perhaps more importantly is someone who wants to lead and manage a team and be very client facing in their job. You will work with a competitor organisation in an analytical, editorial or subscription team and wish to join a small but expanding company in order to help make a difference.
