Project Manager required for a established Market Research agency in central London
The role as Project manager is primarily focused on delivering online projects to successful delivery. The position will be responsible for delivering online fieldwork within budget and timing, being the primary point of contact for the client during the management of the project and ensuring excellent client service throughout. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and display initiative in problem solving.
Key responsibilities will also include client management of project from commissioning through to delivery, Booking projects and planning resource, working with Scripting, Translation, sample providers as well as monitoring field work progress.
Candidates will need to have experience in market research data collection or project management. Although the focus will be online, occasionally they may be called upon to work on telephone studies, so experience in this method would be helpful, but not essential.
