Online Project Manager required for the fieldwork division of a full service agency based in London.
The company primarily focus is on delivery of sample, questionnaire programming, data processing, community hosting and qualitative research tools. The company prides itself on its consultative approach to find the right solution for its clients' needs.
This role is for an experienced project manager that is comfortable in a client facing position. You will be confident managing several projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing projects from initial quotation through to successful completion.
* Running feasibility assessments and providing quotations
* Coordinating the delivery of client projects ensuring that they are completed on schedule, according to budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
* Coordinating the project "kick off" stage with the client in order to check the project specification and schedule.
* Checking questionnaires prior to scripting for suitability and consulting with client about proposed amendments.
Experience and qualifications:
* Experience of online research project management
* Degree level education, ideally in Market Research related subject
* Ability to analyse problems and communicate proposed solutions clearly and effectively
* Ability to deal with a number of work streams simultaneously
