DP and Technical Manager required for a leading Market Research and Consultancy firm in London
Reporting to the Operations Director, the DP and Technical Manager will oversees all data processing, Scripting and technical research requirements on projects and will ensure all client expectations are met. The primary task will be to ensure that projects DP and technical research requirements are met and they run to budget and timings, as agreed with the client.
Duties will include:
* Assisting in recommending appropriate methodology for all projects involving DP
and technical research resources.
* Involvement in internal set up meeting and initial 'kick-off' meeting with client.
* Oversee questionnaire design, questionnaire development, programming and testing.
* Programme within Confirmit software or other packages as appropriate. Manage all web survey programming and the email distribution for web based projects.
* To develop effective and successful DP Teams.
* To develop successful and beneficial relationships with new and existing clients.
* To manage job profitability and performance throughout.
* To understand CATI and web programming and technical market research related topics.
* To have considerable experience in handling Confirmit and all related tools.
Experience required
* Proven track record within market research industry, with experience of managing client relationships.
* Proven experience of managing DP Teams.
* Experience with all stages of the Research process, including project definition, management, analysis and all DP tasks
