So far this research has helped increase key metrics such as likelihood to recommend, brand equity and customer satisfaction from a low rating amongst its competitors to the top of the ranking table. Currently our client is searching for a Senior Insight Manager to really take ownership of projects from start to finish and help implement the recommendations unearthed from research. This role is quant focused but does include some qual. Past innovative research approaches have included using - ethnography, blogs, IPads amongst other approaches.
The main purposes of the job are:
*To lead the market research input to our clients strategic decisions on customer, proposition, product and channel projects, providing consultancy, end-to-end project management, and directing the interpretation and actioning of outputs
*To design and manage ad hoc market research, providing internal expertise and driving the performance of third party market research agencies
*To manage the delivery and analysis of information from customers, potential customers, staff and opinion formers employing appropriate research techniques, to inform business decisions.
*To own the market research outputs and champion their adoption by stakeholders
You will have proven expertise in market research and will have worked closely within the luxury segment or high net worth customers, their needs and how products and services can be improved.
