
Our client who is a major Central London Magazine is currently searching for an Insight Executive/ Manager to help their sales, distribution and marketing teams sell their leading publication. You will work as part of close family like department with lots of exposure to senior decision makers.
In this role, you will be supporting these teams primarily through secondary media data sources such as (but not limited to) IMS/TGI/NRS/ Comscore/Circulation information/ ad effectiveness figures etc. In addition, you will also be proactively responsible for searching out new industry research and occasionally commissioning insight projects externally.
Key to this role will be supporting the advertising sales teams by providing sales arguments to highlight the power of advertising in our client's magazine. This will involve duties such as putting together some sections of sales presentations and providing analysis on our client's performance versus competitors.
As this is a small and diverse team, you will be able to take the lead in suggesting which research will best help the business in a collaborative atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have experience using research to create sales arguments and could be from a Media owner or Agency. Publishing experience is not essential.
