
Our client who is a leading restaurant chain is currently seeking a Consumer Insight Manager. You will combine research and insights to provide a strong understanding of consumers and customer behaviour to facilitate business decision making.
The key areas of responsibility for this role will be:
* Build expertise in consumer understanding within the Informal Eating Out market
* Develop and implement a research programme that supports business objectives and evaluation requirements on time and in budget
* Champion the voice of the customer across the business
* Drive continuous improvement in approach and delivery of consumer insight to improve business knowledge
You will need to demonstrate the following:
* Research/ Insight skills ideally developed on the client side
* A proven project management skill set with analytical competence, with a heavy focus on attention to detail
* Broad experience of research techniques and approaches including both qualitative and quantitative
* Ability to translate research data into insights, strategies and actions
* Commercial awareness and financial acumen - a strong grasp of numbers
