Our client is a rapidly growing online research fieldwork company, leading the way in online research techniques and methodologies. It sells a wide range of online fieldwork for market research studies.
As a result of their rapid growth an opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Manager (CSM). The CSM role is a critical role within the London Office team. It brings together project delivery, the project proposal process and responsibility for the development and implementation of project level P and Ls which will ultimately lead to increased profitability on all projects.
You will be a team player well versed in maximising results through the people that you work with in order to deliver to customer and business needs. Working closely with our customers, and the AD team you will manage our business relationships to ensure that we create new business opportunities and establish profitable working relationships.
