An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Call Centre Manager to join this market research company specialising in improving loyalty, advocacy, retention and trust. They have earned a considerable reputation for the quality and performance of its telephone research operations

This is a key recruit for the company, as your be responsible for managing the telephone centre and be familiar with all aspects of sample, quota management and CATI specification software.
