Candidate Selection

RPCushing is one of the biggest and longest established brands in the market and as such have access to an extraordinary pool of specialist candidates.

Most of our candidates are working and they have limited time to find a new job. They work with RPCushing because they have confidence that we have the widest access to suitable opportunities and that we can deliver results quickly. Many of them choose to use us exclusively.

As a specialist recruitment company we know what skills and competencies our clients are seeking and therefore initially screen candidates by reviewing their CV followed by a telephone interview. If that goes well we invite candidates for a face to face structured interview.

All candidates are given instant feedback and if matched to relevant jobs they will be given a full brief on your job. Hence the reason we like to meet all our clients to fully understand your requirements and culture.

All our consultants have been fully trained and select candidates in accordance with all current legislation.
