Temp of the Month

9 Feb 11 - 12:00AM  | General

Our esteemed 'Temp of the Month' prize (champagne or vouchers!) has been awarded this month to Denise Pau.

Here's what her manager had to say:

"Denise is, without a doubt, one of the best sales professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Hard working, tenacious, resilient, a great team member and truly interested in what she’s working on, she always delivers, hitting target above target and more importantly, offering the feedback I require to better tweak my marketing campaigns. A true superstar."

Congratulations Denise!

If you think you've got what it takes, please ask your line manager to tell us what an amazing job you're doing via email to your managing consultant. In the meantime, here are our top temping tips...

Top Temping Tips

Be punctual! We know that sometimes public transport conspires against you but please call us and let us know as soon as you can. We recommend aiming to arrive around 30minutes early if it is the first day of a new assignment, first impressions count for an awful lot.

Timesheets. You want to get paid, we want to pay you, it's that simple. For our payroll processes to run smoothly and ensure that the money is in your account on a Friday afternoon we need to receive your authorised hours by midday on a Monday. If you miss the deadline we'll be unable to process payment. If you have any queries please direct to payroll@pfj.co.uk.

Keep in touch! If you're off sick, have a dentist appointment or an audition, would like to take a day off as annual leave etc then please talk to us. It's crucial that you keep both your consultant and the line manager you're working for informed when any of these issues arise. If for any reason you can't get through to your consultant then please call the team on 0207 612 3890.
