Established in 1992 as Phee Farrer Jones, pfj has grown with a vision of being a global network of leading specialist recruitment companies. The network currently comprises of four distinct recruitment brands operating on two continents:

pfj are the only media centred recruitment organisation that has the international quality accreditation ISO 90011. We are also members of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies and abide by their code of practice.
 
In addition we hold the Investors In People Award, were the first recruitment company to win a two star accreditation by Investors in Customers and we were also the first Periodicals Publishers Association (PPA) Approved Recruiter.
